Analyze performance metrics to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations.

What You'll Need
Professionally fluent in Spanish and English.
Proven experience in client management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
ITIL V3/v4 certification.
CISCO CSM.
