The Team and Role's mission Reporting to one of our Client Directors, as a Client Executive you will play a pivotal role acting as a key point of contact for some of our biggest clients in the Retail sector, understanding their unique goals and challenges. Key outcomes Collaborate with the Client Director to define the scope of projects, proposals and strategies to achieve the annual proposed revenue target, by creating a detailed working plan which identifies and sequences any activities needed to successfully complete them.Analyze and interpret sets of shopper and consumer data using Kantar Worldpanel's proprietary tools and methodologies.Create comprehensive reports and presentations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations to clients.Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored insights that address their specific challenges.Monitor and report on market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviour changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into broader business strategies. Key Capabilities Your background will ideally look like this… University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's Degree) in Marketing, Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Management, or equivalent.Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum Required).Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in market research or client management roles – ideally within the FMCG industry.Proven experience with MS Excel (Pivot Tables; VLOOKUP; Advanced functions) and MS PowerPoint.
