YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring they align with our guidelines.
You will collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts.
You will provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English.
You will make informed decisions, contributing to a seamless claims management process.
You will handle a variety of cases, keeping your work dynamic and enhancing quality standards.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
You have previous experience in claims management or customer service and a passion for client interaction.
You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
You demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills and have a solution-focused working style.
You are able to interact effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal entities.
You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
