YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Investigate and process damage claims efficiently, ensuring alignment with our guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams, insurance companies, authorities, and damage experts
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with clients in English

YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Previous experience in customer service and a passion for client interaction
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a problem-solving mindset
Solution-focused working style
Confident with a strong customer-focused approach
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
Detail-oriented, highly reliable, and proficient in standard computer software
