A Snapshot of Your DayThe Civil Site Engineer collaborates with the Civil Site Manager and coordinates the construction and erection of civil works and components under the mentorship of the Civil Site Manager for the assigned area of responsibility. They have a technical university or bachelor's degree in civil engineering and at least 5 years' working experience with a construction company or an EPC contractor. The Civil Site Engineer enjoys working in international, multicultural teams.
How You'll Make An ImpactLead and control Contractors/Consortium Partners to ensure compliance with planning, specifications, site rules, and permit-to-work procedures.Conduct site inspections with sub-Contractors/Consortium Partners and clients, and report on all Civil construction works progress.Manage contract works, address unforeseen additional work, and supervise site support facilities and camp construction.Ensure timely completion of turn-over packages, release areas for subsequent activities, and handover to relevant teams.Participate in Construction Coordination Management Meetings and manage interfaces between sub-Contractors/Consortium Partners.Manage and control acceptance testing with customers/regulatory authorities, apply digital tools for documentation and inspections, and ensure EHS compliance.What You BringDegree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experienceCommand of the English language in written and spoken, additional language skills are a plusTechnical qualification to interpret erection documentation, drawings, software and hardwareExperience in the construction and erection of the supplier's products as well as the sequence of construction worksAffinity to apply the digital site methods incl. computer and software skills, MS Office, MS Outlook and othersContract competency and ability to manage civil contracts.About The TeamA dynamic team of young Civil Site engineers travels the globe, bringing their expertise and innovative solutions to diverse projects.
