- Managing contracts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with the defined objectives;
- Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors;
- Managing and coordinating the analysis for real estate projects in all phases and specialties;
- Implementing tender models, preparing and launching the tendering processes in all phases and specialties, analyzing proposals with award proposal;
- Coordinating various teams: architectural and specialty designers, interior design, project management and supervision, cost controller, and other consultants applicable to each project;
- Effectively monitoringthe works and managing the project teams, supervising project execution and resource management;
- Ensuring the final quality of the works, minimizing potential defects/future problems.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards;
- Monitoring project progress and preparing reports;
- Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies;
- Evaluating and interacting with suppliers and contractors, selecting suitable partners for each project;
- Technical knowledge inafter-sales service for residential buildings
