Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Associate Main tasks and responsibilities Managing relationship with service providers (contractors, project manager, supervision, designers, HSE, legal advisors, evaluators and mediators); Managing relationship with investors, tenants, buyers, regulatory entities and municipal chambers; Monitoring different phases of the project: inspection, suppliers, etc; Contributing to the real estate developments continual improvement process analysis; Supporting in the management of construction projects/ventures/special facilities. Role Requirements Education degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; 4- 6 years experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, Licensing, Regulations and Project Management; and Hospitality sector. Strong knowledge of leasing, buying, and selling real estate legislation; Strong Knowledge of Facilities Management; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team; Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture; Strong analytical skills; Team Management; Proficiency with Microsoft Office & VBA; Proficiency with AutoCAD; Verbal and written communications and presentation skills; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions; Written and oral skills in English.
