Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Managing contracts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with the defined objectives;
• Evaluating and selecting suppliers and contractors;
• Managing and coordinating the analysis for real estate projects in all phases and specialties;
• Implementing tender models, preparing and launching the tendering processes in all phases and specialties, analyzing proposals with award proposal;
• Coordinating various teams: architectural and specialty designers, interior design, project management and supervision, cost controller, and other consultants applicable to each project;
• Effectively monitoring the works and managing the project teams, supervising project execution and resource management;
• Ensuring the final quality of the works, minimizing potential defects/future problems.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards;
• Monitoring project progress and preparing reports;
• Implementing cost reduction and efficiency strategies;
• Evaluating and interacting with suppliers and contractors, selecting suitable partners for each project;
• Technical knowledge in after-sales service for residential buildings.
Role Requirements:
• Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture;
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role (Project Management);
• Experience in the real estate sector will be a plus;
• Experience or contact with Investment Analysis will be a plus;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic, willingness to work as part of a team;
• Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture;
• strong analytical skills and competency in financial analysis and understanding of licensing regulations;
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
