Due to the company's continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select:  Asset Management Analyst. Main tasks and responsibilities Analyze and oversee architectural and specialty projects in all phases, identifying opportunities for improvement. Present alternatives that enhance project performance and deliver results. Support the organization of tenders related to project activities. Manage licensing processes and ensure compliance. Support the organization of tenders related to project activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Create presentations for investors and internal use, effectively communicating project progress and objectives. Assist in the preparation of insightful performance reports, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decision-making; Ensure the procurement and validation of essential services. Foster robust and collaborative relationships with all project stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration; Actively engage in the management of all project stages, demonstrating a commitment to strict adherence to deadlines, priorities, and providing prompt responses to urgent situations. Role Requirements Education degree in Civil Engineering (preferable). Master's degree civil Engineering. 1 - 2 years' experience. Hospitality experience (preferable). Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial and result driven culture. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese. Local and Schedule Full-Time / Vilamoura
