Ensure the achievement of established goals related to quality standards, profitability, cost optimization, and timelines. Manage internal and external teams. Oversee resources such as labor, materials, and subcontractors. Supervise all phases of the project, from planning to completion. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Registered with the Order of Engineers. Results and goal-oriented profile with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Dynamic, proactive, and resilient. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. Strong problem-solving and anticipation skills. Willingness to travel within Portugal (preferred).
