The Civil Engineer Client Manager - Traffic & Mobility role involves managing mobility-related engineering projects, particularly in Traffic Engineering and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Responsibilities include overseeing all project phases from planning to execution, seeking new project opportunities, engaging with stakeholders such as investors and regulatory bodies, and ensuring high-quality technical implementation.
Responsibilities: Oversee development contracts for Mobility projects, focusing on Traffic Engineering, Infrastructure Digitalization, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Traffic Engineering and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, regulatory agencies, designers, and construction firms. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, managing all phases from planning to execution. Profile: Candidates should have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with experience in Traffic Engineering and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). They must possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, high proactivity, creativity, and strong analytical skills. Experience in business development is preferred, and advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
