Civil Design Engineer (M/F)

Group Lakhani is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Construction Director (m/f) to lead and coordinate our high-complexity hotel construction and rehabilitation projects.

Job Description:
Position: Construction Director

Location: Lisbon (with potential national travel)

Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the technical aspects of construction projects.

Ensure the achievement of established goals related to quality standards, profitability, cost optimization, and timelines.

Manage internal and external teams.

Oversee resources such as labor, materials, and subcontractors.

Supervise all phases of the project, from planning to completion.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering .

Registered with the Order of Engineers .

Results and goal-oriented profile with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Dynamic, proactive, and resilient.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Strong problem-solving and anticipation skills.

Willingness to travel within Portugal (preferred).

Proficiency in Project, Autocad, and Microsoft Office .

Immediate availability (preferred).
