.Location: Warsaw, Poland or Porto, Portugal Main purpose for the position: As a CIAM Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our Customer Identity and Access Management systems. Your expertise will ensure secure, efficient, and user-friendly authentication processes, safeguarding our digital assets and improving user experiences. The engineer will work with the CIAM suite of products and processes to define and standardize a global CIAM solution, perform cross-project analyses, and coordinate activities with vendors, technicians, and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will be: Identity and Access Management: Design, implement, and maintain CIAM solutions to manage digital identities, authentication, and authorization processes for customers. System Integration: Integrate CIAM solutions with various applications and services, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences. Security Enhancement: Continuously assess and enhance the security measures of CIAM systems to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities. Project Management: Lead and participate in CIAM projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to understand requirements and deliver effective CIAM solutions. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert support for CIAM-related issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to maintain system integrity and performance. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure CIAM solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Professional Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CIAM with a strong background in managing customer identities and access based on Azure AD/Entra ID (B2B & B2C). Proficiency in CIAM technologies, protocols (e.G., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect), and platforms (e.G., Azure AD/Entra ID (B2B & B2C), Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock). Hands-on experience on provisioning workflows, triggers, rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements. Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and tools related to identity and access management. Experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects.
