What you'll do
As a member of the CVM team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies and campaigns to enhance Customer loyalty and retention for Vodafone's mobile Customers. You will:
Have ownership and play a crucial role in providing senior management with powerful insights to support and challenge decisions
Have an end-to-end vision of the strategy, engaging and influencing various areas such as marketing, digital, analytics, retail, and others
Analyze Customer data and market trends to identify business opportunities
Define and implement offers and strategies for mobile customers
Manage Customer life cycle campaigns (telesales, SMS, push notifications, email, etc.)
Work closely with channels to monitor results, implement solutions, and lead continuous performance improvement (retail, digital and customer care)
Promote product and process optimization
Conceptualize A/B testing
Ensure offer consistency in the customer journey through various channels and throughout the Customer life cycle
Influence and lead cross-functional teams to drive customer loyalty and retention
Who you are
Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, or related field
2 years of professional experience in similar roles (ideally in the telecommunications market)
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and presentation skills; ease in interpersonal relations and team spirit
Proactive, capable of planning and leading end-to-end projects (data interpretation, scenario presentation, solution implementation)
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, and Tableau
Proficiency in English and Portuguese required
