Requirements / Qualifications This is a temporary, on-call/as-needed supplemental help position, with no guarantee of workdays or hours. There is no contract, and no benefits are provided. Classified Supplemental Rate: $18 per hour. Work hours will vary between 5 pm - 9 pm depending on parent programming. Employment Standards/Minimum Qualifications (at the time of applying): Experience: One year of work experience in a school or youth organization; preferably experience working with children of various age groups. Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Required Testing Certificates: Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate. Materials Required: Completed application Proof of High School Diploma or Equivalency (photocopy of diploma or copy of official transcripts are acceptable) Valid First Aid/CPR Certification Not all postings qualify for CalPERS.
