Chief Technology Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our team at TUI as a Chief Technology Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technology strategy and vision for our organization, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing the development and delivery of business-critical initiatives.
As a technology leader, you will be responsible for shaping, developing, and delivering business-critical initiatives, products, and services. Your key responsibility will be to the people you support, ensuring they are growing within their area of expertise, acquiring new skills, doing valuable work, working well together, and feeling engaged and supported.
You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new talent, coaching and mentoring existing and new team members, performance management, and active career development. You will focus on increasing autonomy, enabling effective decision-making, and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced authentic servant leader with a passion for technology, delivering business value, and driving continuous improvement. They should have a strong background in leading cross-functional technology teams, working with senior stakeholders, and managing large-scale technology stacks.
