This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer, located in Arganilwith flexibility for some remote work.
The overall responsibility for this role will be the Sales strategy development andManagement and monitoring the sales team.
Your Key Responsibilities: Disciplined Sales Execution: Drive discipline within the sales department by optimising processes and structures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Rigorously monitor and enforce the execution of sales action plans, ensuring that the sales team know how to win and achieve set objectives. Sales Strategy and Leadership: Continue to implement a comprehensive European sales strategy that ensures rapid revenue growth together with the CEO. Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, can do mindset, and continuous improvement. Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in existing markets. Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic clients, distributors, and partners across Europe. Customer and Product Focus: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure our product offerings are consistently top-tier. Ensure customer feedback is integrated into product evolution and service enhancements. Interactions & Interfaces Internally will interact basically with Operations Area and Marketing Area, to ensure seamless project delivery; Externally will interact with the External Commercial Network; Reports to the CEO. Skills and Experience: Degree in Business, Civil Engineering or Architecture; Professional experience in Sales, preferably in the real estate sector or construction industry; Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and mobilise teams. Ability to communicate with different stakeholders; Proactive and Committed; Energetic and Organised; High level of negotiation skills; Proficiency in Portuguese, French, Italian and English.
