Job Title: Chief Operations OfficerLocation: Remote (with occasional travel)About the Job:We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to lead our service delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing all activities related to assigned projects.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve project performance and processes.Clients Management: Coordinate client communication, escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner.Revenue Growth: Focus on maximizing revenue and margin at account level, ensuring accurate invoicing.Process Improvement: Regularly review and optimize rules, procedures, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency.Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with HR to recruit new employees in crucial roles within the company or externally.Performance Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, highlighting successes and opportunities.C-level Communication: Work closely with clients' management teams, providing and receiving feedback and direction.Requirements:English Proficiency: C1 level of English, both written and spoken.Experience: Min. 5 years of operational management experience, with at least 3 years in BPO sector (client management experience preferred).Team Management: Proven ability to manage large teams of 300+.Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, good attention to detail, solid knowledge of industry standards, and ability to create policies and procedures.Leadership: Strong leadership and negotiation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and analytical skills.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year (dependent on experience).Benefits: Flexible working schedule, private medical insurance, Multisport card, learning programs, and wellness activities.
