This is a new role, reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer and sitting on our marketing leadership team, that will own how the team works together on everything from timelines to budgets to technology tools.What you will do:Operational Excellence: Oversee the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. This includes defining and refining marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Process Definition and Implementation: Design and establish efficient, scalable processes for the marketing department, focusing on optimizing project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.Project Coordination and Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Product, Sales, and R&D, to ensure marketing projects support overall business goals and product launches.Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to Sword Health's standards and deadlines
