Bnberry is seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support our executive team and drive the success of our employees through effective KPI and OKR implementation and tracking. This role involves working closely with the CEO to identify and maintain key performance indicators, building a comprehensive roadmap for KPI implementation, and ensuring measurable tracking of these indicators across all key positions and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and performance metrics. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of business operations, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Key Responsibilities:KPI and OKR Identification and Implementation:Work directly with the CEO to identify and define KPIs and OKRsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for implementing KPIs across all key positions and processesEnsure that KPIs align with company goals and objectivesTracking and Measurement:Set up measurable ways to track KPIs using existing tools such as HubSpot or CRM systemsInitially manage manual tracking of KPIs, transitioning to fully automated tracking solutionsCollaborate with product teams to ensure data availability and integrity for KPI trackingProject Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of key projects related to KPI implementationEnsure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetCoordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesPerformance Monitoring and Analysis:Continuously monitor and analyze KPI data to assess project performance and impactProvide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize project outcomesAdvise on whether initiatives are improving key performance indicatorsOperational Efficiency:Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficienciesImplement best practices across the organization to enhance productivity and performanceMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Executive Support:Provide high-level support to the CEO and other executive team membersPrepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as neededManage the executive calendar and assist with prioritizing tasks and responsibilitiesRequirementsProficiency in coding and data management, including experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL)Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpotProven experience in strategic planning, project management, and performance metricsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesOpportunities for professional development and career growthFlexible working hours and remote work optionsCollaborative and inclusive work environment
