JoomPro is a tech-enabled turnkey solution for cross-border B2B trading. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We want to give everyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to easily and efficiently order goods from factories in China (India, Bangladesh, Turkey, etc. in the future). JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes other businesses: Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany, and Joom Pulse, a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil, and Portugal. Joom Group has HQ in Lisbon, Portugal. We are now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (B2B) - a strategic leader, who will be building and overseeing JoomPro marketing strategy in Brazil and other international markets. Responsibilities Assess and optimize existing marketing processes Lead formulation and execution of marketing strategies in different countries Provide clear direction and objectives for the marketing teams and external vendors Set goals and ensure marketing efforts are optimized based on performance metrics Ensure that marketing goals and strategy are coherent with other teams' objectives (especially, product & development team and sales team) Requirements Proven experience in developing marketing strategies for international B2B markets with a focus on SMBs Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and manage teams Highly analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach Hands-on experience with small-to-medium businesses (SMB) Excellent communication skills (internal and external) Fluency in English Preferred Knowledge of B2B e-commerce market We are offering Office Location: Lisbon, relocation package provided if needed Flexible working hours and 22 days of paid annual leave Extended health insurance for the employees and their families, including dental care coverage 100% paid sick leaves Personal development: professional events, workshops, English classes, corporate library Daily meal allowance Annual team retreats #J-18808-Ljbffr
