Chief Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities Create detailed financial reports, including P&Ls and cost analysis, and present the findings to stakeholders.
Manage accounts receivable, perform account reconciliations, and address customer inquiries.
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for all departments.
Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions and data visualizations.
Support monthly and quarterly audits and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, including intercompany exchanges.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Experience in financial reporting software and ERP Systems.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Hands-on experience with P&L creation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, including intercompany partners.
Experience in presenting financial data and insights to non-finance stakeholders.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages, especially Portuguese, are a plus.
Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance standards.
Experience supporting audits, both internal and external.
