Chief Data Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data strategy to generate value for the company, aligned with the business strategy.

Lead, motivate, and manage technical teams, with close contact with different stakeholders.

Design and implement data strategies and systems, including AI, ML, cloud computing, big data, analytics, business intelligence, and IoT.

Deploy and maintain AI and ML models in production environments.

Oversee the collection, storage, management, quality, protection, and compliance of data and related systems (governance and compliance), and lead, motivate, and manage technical teams.

Required Skills:

Degree in Computer Science, Management, Computer Engineering, or a similar area.

Previous professional experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of relevant data and analytics.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and independently.

Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
