Chief Customer Support Liaison

At Job Squad, we are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Chief Customer Support Liaison. This position offers the opportunity to work with a multi-lingual recruitment company based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Sliema, Malta.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general and technical support to customers who utilize our paid products. This includes escalating complex problems according to defined procedures and managing policy, safety, and copyright matters.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a native-level proficiency in Polish and fluency in English (B2). A minimum of 12 months of experience in customer support within a contact center is also required. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs.
