Job Description - Support the Financial Controller in managing and supervising daily accounting operations. - Knowledge of Income audit, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Cost control, Forecasting and Internal controls. - Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles of all financial records and reports. - Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances and prepare the trial balance and financial reports. - Generate cash flow analyses, annual operating and capital budgets, and any required analytical reports. - Ensure prompt and accurate filing and payment of all federal, state, taxes, licenses, and permits Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 year of pertinent experience in a similar role. - Dynamic personality with proven leadership skills to develop and motivate a strong team. - Familiarity with Opera, Sun and PMS system and on Cloud platform. - Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and Taxation. - Moderate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English Additional Information The position is available in mid of July 2024. #J-18808-Ljbffr
