Orchestrate the dining room: Coordinate our front-of-house team like a seasoned conductor, ensuring smooth and seamless service. Menu Guru: Know our dishes inside and out, and confidently recommend the best pairings to wow our guests (wine training provided). Problem-Solver Extraordinaire: Handle any hiccups with grace and finesse, turning challenges into opportunities for delight. Keep the vibe alive: Ensure the dining room ambiance is on point, from lighting to music, setting the perfect mood. What We're Looking For :A charismatic leader with a deep value for relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry. A master of multitasking with a keen eye for detail. Coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams so that all the resources are in place to deliver the restaurant's required standards of service. Passionate about food, drinks, and delivering top-notch service. A positive attitude and a sense of humour—because work should be fun. Experience training a team, sharing knowledge, and setting standards. An interest or curiosity for natural, low intervention and organic wine, local producers, food, and farming is a plus. Experience overseeing and implementing HACCP procedures. Fluency or knowledge of advanced Portuguese and English.
