Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure the customers dining experience is one to rememberMaintain a high profile during service while being polite and helpfulProvide prompt, unobtrusive, attentive serviceTake instruction from the chef's and senior waiters, anticipate their requirementsKeep your station clean and clear at all timesIssue additional cutlery/glasses, bread and butter as requiredRun trays from the server to the stationReact promptly and deal with any spillages or breakagesCommunicate any issues to the station waiter/restaurant ManagerCleaning stations and being aware of waiter needsWhat are we looking for?A Chef de Rang serving Hilton Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
