Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards, following the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.

Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations and menu planning.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in your work area.

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and excellence.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Immediate availability to start work.

European citizenship (required).

Passion for cooking, creativity, and a strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
