In 2020, Pipedrive received a majority investment from Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm that invests exclusively in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, making Pipedrive the fifth unicorn from Estonia.In this role, you will manage a portfolio of solution providers across the EMEA region, focusing on enabling partners and driving new business growth. You will be key in accelerating Pipedrive's market reach and supporting our partners' growth initiatives.As a channel account manager, your main responsibilities include enabling solution providers to expand and grow their business with Pipedrive, collaborating on joint business strategies, and tracking key performance metrics related to new customer acquisition.Your new adventure:Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key solution providers in your portfolio across EMEALead joint business planning with solution providers to set growth targets and define key milestones for achieving new businessWork closely with solution providers to review and assess pipeline health, overcome barriers, and develop strategies to accelerate the sales cycle and deal conversionCollaborate with internal sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive partner successWork alongside partner marketing to execute demand-generation campaigns and events that support new customer acquisition effortsTrack, measure, and report on key metrics such as revenue growth and new customer acquisition driven by partner effortsMeet assigned sales targets and business objectivesProvide quarterly updates on partner performance to sales and executive managementEnsure solution providers are aligned with Pipedrive's key themes and strategic goals and supported with the necessary resources to drive business opportunitiesDoes this sound like you?3-5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, with a focus on new business developmentFamiliarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshworks, or Zoho, and an understanding of their partnership ecosystemsExcellent written and spoken EnglishThe ability to develop solution providers into trusted advisors and drive new business growthDemonstrated success in a performance-based environment, with experience achieving metrics-based sales goalsExcellent time management and great communication skillsThe ability to work effectively with partners and internal teamsExperience in business planning and executing demand generation campaignsThe ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently or within a teamWillingness to travel up to 20% across EMEABachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceWhy Pipedrive:A value-driven work environment where people come firstA lively bunch of colleagues from over 50 different countries, with offices in Lisbon, Tallinn, Tartu, Prague, London, Dublin, New York, Florida, Riga and BerlinA team serious about getting things done while not taking ourselves too seriouslyA world-class working environment full of the usual nice perks and some moreFreedom to execute your ideas with a passionate and motivated team supporting youFlexible working hours as long as you're there for your team membersLots of room for personal and career development, with internal and external training opportunitiesCompetitive salary including all the benefits you'd expect from a great employer (annual bonus system, health insurance, meal allowance, flexible benefits – you can choose whether to use the credit on parking, a public transport card, technology, etc.)Pipedrive is an equal opportunity employer.
