Job Description The ngCoreERP Program team is responsible for building an exceptional and complex digital platform that will add tremendous value for Nokia.
We operate as ONE Global TEAM, among 1300 stakeholders working across 48 countries on schedule and delivering on budget.
As the Change Management Trainee, you will be defining and supporting change management activities supported by clear and concise communication prior, during, and after the project delivery.
You will work with the units and their communication and transformation resources to define and deliver the unit-specific change and communication needs, coordinated across the project, and embedded within an overall Digitization Program communication framework.
This role will report to the 'Change Management Lead,' who is part of 'Mobile Networks' and focuses on business engagement and partnership activities.

Education RecommendationsCurrently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field with an accredited school in Portugal.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnDevelopment and execution of change strategies that create faster adoption and reduce negative change impacts.Creation and execution of change deliverables aligned with the change strategy – change plans, integration interventions, readiness assessment, adoption, and effectiveness measurement.Support the change impact analysis with the project stakeholders and define the required change management activities with the units involved in each project.Responsible for change management action planning and coordinating the implementation, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and user adoption measures are reached.Coordinate the change management and communication activities within each unit across the end-to-end project scope.Closely work with Communications and Training leads for the development of the needed training and communication materials, and coordinate their delivery.Help to build organizational change capability - educate and coach project team(s), sponsor(s), and functional leader(s) on change management philosophy, principles, and tools, along with their roles in change.Key Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree or business-related field.Knowledge of change management practices and tools.Strong communication, training, project management, and analytical skills.Excellent presenting and writing skills with the capability to translate complex information into business languages.Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of leadership and across matrixed teams.Ability to communicate crisply and clearly, at appropriate levels.Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team.Proficient in English.About UsCome create the technology that helps the world act together.
