In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing organizational change management efforts for SAP system implementations and transformations, ensuring a smooth transition and effective user adoption.What can you expect as a Change Management Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group?As a Change Management Lead at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational change management initiatives for SAP system implementations.You will develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, conduct impact assessments, and lead a team of professionals while collaborating with various stakeholders to integrate change management throughout the implementation lifecycle.Your primary tasks will include the following:Developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational culture, including plans for all waves in One ProcessConducting impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and risk evaluations to proactively mitigate resistanceDesigning and executing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs to support the rollout of One ProcessLeading and managing a team of change management professionals, ensuring consistent execution of change initiativesCollaborating closely with project teams, functional leads, executive sponsors, and regional change management teams to integrate change management efforts throughout the implementation lifecycleEstablishing metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure change readiness and adoption, ensuring data-driven decision-makingIdentifying and resolving people-related issues, reinforcing the case for changeStaying updated on industry best practices, change management methodologies, and trends to continuously improve change management efforts in One ProcessYour areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development, Project Management, and/or a related field8+ years of experience leading change management efforts for large-scale system implementations and transformations, with a focus on SAPExperience in ERP solutions implementation, including developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful user adoptionStrong understanding of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and best practicesExcellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate and align efforts across multiple teams and regionsStrong people and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of training development and delivery methodologies to effectively support change initiativesExperience in conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and risk evaluations, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingUnderstanding of SAP system implementations and the related change management challengesExceptional communication skills, including proficiency in English
