Key Accountabilities
Support the management of a Change through the course of its lifecycle.
Support the preparation for the Change Advisory Boards to assess changes' impact, implementation, test, and rollback plans.
Help to prevent Incidents Caused by Change.
Document Changes' Post Implementation Review.
Ensuring resources are aligned with the highest-value opportunities.
Reporting and regularly review Change Management performance and quality.
Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning Change Management.
Work with the Process owners for Problem and Incident management to identify improvements to the processes and develop metrics to support them.
Profile and Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field - IEFP Level VI.
Basic knowledge of IT software and hardware.
Great communication skills and proficiency in English.
Critical-thinking and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
