Change Leader (Local)

Execute defined change strategy. Liaise with Comms and Training stream. Requirements: Experience in change management, preferably in a large organization. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to navigate through complex organizational structures and drive change in a fast-paced environment. Experience leading change initiatives across multiple functions or departments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential barriers to change. Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
