Sobre o nosso clienteWe are working with a startup company.DescriçãoStructure the financial area, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial information.Prepare detailed financial reports with critical analysis and valuable insights for the group's growth strategy.Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and financial analysis statements.Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.Perfil idealUniversity Degree in accounting, finance, or similar areas.A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with CFO positions.Background in startup and fast-paced companies.Demonstrated ability to manage accounting, controlling, planning, treasury, working capital, and tax.Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.Effective verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.Fluent in English - mandatory.Ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges and/or obstacles.Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills.VantagensThe opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
