Descrição
Structure the financial area, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial information
Prepare detailed financial reports with critical analysis and valuable insights for the group's growth strategy
Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets and financial analysis statements
Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities
Perfil ideal
University Degree in accounting, finance or similar areas
A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with CFO positions
Background in start up and fast paced companies
Demonstrated ability to manage accounting, controlling, planning, treasury, working capital, tax
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English - mandatory
Ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges and/or obstacles
Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills
