Certified Accountant (M/F) - Porto

Triangle Talent Solutions Portugal is recruiting a Certified Accountant for a leading industrial company in Oporto.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain organized accounting based on the regulations in force in Portugal.

Verification of the general and analytical trial balance in accordance with accounting and tax standards.

Registration and validation of accounting entries.

Bank and current account reconciliations.

Classify accounting documents.

Carry out the calculation of taxes and ensure the management of tax obligations.

Ensure monthly and annual closures.

Perform reporting and preparation of annual reports and accounts.

Carry out salary processing.

Ensure the management of employment contracts.

Management of the relationship with official entities, namely, social security and finance.

Ensure legal compliance in administrative, financial, and human resources matters.

Knowledge and Experience Required

Higher education in the area of Accounting, Management, or related areas.

Active registration with the Order of Certified Accountants.

Professional experience in similar functions in service companies (up to 5 years).

Mastery of MS-Office, namely Excel.

Knowledge of TOConline and other accounting software.

Good knowledge of the English language.

Initiative and proactivity.

Sense of responsibility.

High analytical skills, sense of organization and planning.
