Mitigating sourcing risks involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and local purchasers, enabling proactive risk assessment, mitigation planning, and ongoing enhancement efforts.
Engaging stakeholders to define expectations and guide preselection of service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.
IHR PROFIL Master's degree or Diploma in business administration and/or pharmacy and/or chemistry.
Several years of sourcing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in contracting and supplier relationship management, ideally in global category management related categories.
Specific market intelligence and sourcing experience in relevant categories are required.
Knowledge of demand management, market and supplier analysis, due diligence, risk management, and key performance indicators such as total operating costs, savings, net present value.
Open-minded, motivated, persuasive, and perseverant personality with outstanding internal and external relationship management skills and willingness to take on responsibility.
Able to relocate to Western Europe.
