All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?   YOUR ROLE Develop a portfolio strategy, assortment & planograms recommendation for trade partners Support Marketing and Sales departments with Shopper Marketing / Assortment & Shelf strategy Develop category management projects with key Clients; steer project implementation & follow-up on results Guarantee innovation listing & shelf-visibility in launch momentums Analyze own assortment performance & market trends/development in each key client Support Field Team with Shopper / Category intel and shelf guidelines YOUR SKILLS Min. 2 years of experience in Shopper Marketing / Category Management Educational Background related to Business Administration and Economics Fluent Portuguese and English Analytical thinking Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to negotiate / deal with stakeholders Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset Location: Lisbon or nearby based At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
