Job Description Your contribution to something big: Purchasing contact person for defined Bosch plants and locations; Ensure early involvement in projects & structured demand management for respective internal customers; Transfer and promote Material field and Supplier Strategy to internal customer / plant; Consolidate the commodity needs and inputs; Supplier relationship management and mentorships; Annual price negotiation of regional and/or defined global supplier; Preparation and execution of tenders (RFI/RFQ); Preparation of purchasing decisions and contractual agreements; Participate in global commodity purchasing team meetings and support implementation of global purchasing strategies; Provide input to and implement global strategies for the defined sub-material field; Ensure compliance requirements. Qualifications What distinguishes you: Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, Business Management or similar Bachelor's/Master's degree; Past professional experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts Management or equivalent role; English language skillsare mandatory; Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to work in a digital environment; Basic knowledge of the supply chain (logistics, planning, order, etc.); Contract and price negotiation skills; Excellent communicationskills with an ability to build relationships with a wide array of people of different organizational positions and locations (virtual); Proactivity, good customer orientation and service mindset; Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions & drive results
