In partnership with our client SBM Offshore we are recruiting for the position of Category Buyer Pump.responsabilidades chaveNegotiate frame agreements and supply contracts for the Units in Region 2, to ensure best value in term of costs, quality and delivery of products material and services for a defined category.Consolidate volumes and reduce supply base of the SBM Operations.Implement strategy via Shorebase buyersProvide full contract/agreement packages (including Business case, Service Level Agreements, Contracted Terms and conditions, etc.) to all shorebases on time.Lead and support the Operations on sourcing and contracting decisions in the commodity and be the preferred point of contact for purchasing projects related the commodity.Maintain Purchasing performance indicators as defined by Supply Chain Management on given commodity, and report with Shorebase Buyers, SC Manager and Category Managers on monthly basis.Monitor supplier performance according to SBM process.Identify and deliver commercial savings opportunities according to annual targets.Support local vendor negotiation contractualization.Be the focal point of contact for Units managers of the Region for Purchasing and Service Frame Agreement of the defined category.competênciasEngineer profile or Buyer directly involved with procurement of industrial mechanical parts / Services (Example: Complete equipment's [pumps, turbines, diesel engines, motors etc.])Education: engineering or business degree in mechanicsIdeal if technical knowledge and capability to understand drawings, technical offers vs requirementsResults oriented and solution provider profileStrong written and oral communications skillsAbility to build relationship and partnerships within SBM Operations teamCross functional business team environment experience preferredStrong leadership skill: ability to lead, influence and motivateInternational mind set, overseas environment experience preferredPreferred industrial backgrounds: Oil & gas, Petrochemicals, Cement plants, manufacturingFluent in Englishprincipais benefíciosTemporary work contract with integration possibilitiesRBA 2300 €Meal allowance 9,60 €transport subsidy 40 €#J-18808-Ljbffr
