THE ROLE We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Business Analyst to join our Catalogue Monitoring team. Reporting to the Catalogue Monitoring Lead, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy and availability of product information across various markets while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring key catalogue metrics, including time-to-market and stock availability, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and resolve any issues. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Become the Technical Expert: Develop a deep understanding of our platform and product information workflows, positioning yourself as the go-to technical expert. Data Extraction and Analysis: Extract and analyse data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive informed business decisions and strategic initiatives. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing catalogue processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements, ensuring optimal performance while documenting processes. Reporting and Presentation: Create and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to various stakeholders, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations. Mathematical and Analytical Application: Utilize mathematical and analytical principles to transform data into actionable insights, driving improvements and innovation within the catalogue. WHO YOU ARE: Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of IT and business concepts. Degree in analytics or a related field. Passionate about leveraging data to create a thriving product catalogue. Skilled at extracting, interpreting, and presenting data insights compellingly and understandably. Collaborative, working effectively with cross-functional teams. Expert in Excel, capable of writing functions, formulas, and syntax to automate data values and map Excel templates. Proficient in additional data analysis tools and software, including SQL and BigQuery. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, adept at conveying complex information clearly. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
