We transform what really matters. These are your tasks:
You will support our Group companies in West Europe & Africa (WEA) in all topics relating to bank account management, payment infrastructure and liquidity planning; countries in WEA scope are Italy, South Africa, Spain, Greece, Belgium, France, Morocco, Algeria, Portugal.
You will be involved in the day-to-day cash management operations such as handling inquiries from banks and Siemens subsidiaries regarding payment transactions, supporting internal audits.
You will advise our Group companies on the efficient design of their banking partner strategy, payment processing and management of banking services.
You participate in Group Treasury projects, e.g. in the context of M&A activities, transformational process automation, streamlining procedures.
You will manage the relationship with our bank partners and negotiate contracts (e.g. cash pooling contracts, banking fees, EBICS/API/SWIFT communication contracts), evaluate the bank and maintain the business relationship.
Advising our group companies on treasury specific controls, policies and procedures is your strength.
Monitor and execution of liquidity planning and transactions.
What you should be able to do. So that the world can do better:
You have a degree in the field of business administration, finance, economics or IT with finance focus. Further specialization is valued e.g. MBA/ACT.
You have several years of professional experience in a corporate treasury, bank, consulting company or a relevant regional/global role.
You demonstrate an affinity for financial processes and digital tools – dashboard and workflow design, understanding XML, automation.
Work experience in digital innovation and/or project management is desirable.
You are business fluent in English and, at least, one more WEA language (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Flemish, French).
Experience in an international environment is a plus.
You are able to communicate effectively and influence relevant stakeholders among bank partners, business controllers, CFO's, accounting, legal, taxes.
Knowledge of WEA regions and its regulatory framework is desirable.
