Our GBS is looking for a Cash Collection Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira.
The main missions of the role are:Customer account support;Prioritize the receivables base to ensure the highest impact items get focus;Be present on conference calls with customers and internal contacts to obtain commitments and accounts receivable resolution strategies;Assist in resolving customer issues, including process issues, disputes, and billing, to facilitate customer payment of undisputed balances;Collaborate on recommendations for process improvements focusing on the Customer-to-Cash cycle;Support productivity and transformation initiatives.The ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: University Degree/Graduated in Finance;Fluent in English (French is a plus);Good knowledge in Excel;Excellent communications skills.
