Cash Collection Specialist (Rotating Shifts: 9 AM - 5:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 10 PM)As Cash Collection Specialist you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable, including collection and follow-up activities.Key tasks and responsibilities:Support of individual customer/customer group within accounts receivable; Control of payment behaviour and perform cash collection process; Review and analysis of the orders on hold; Collaborate with sales and operations management to address and clarify customer payment status; Support in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and Aging reports; Reconciliation and analysis of customers' accounts; Participate and contribute in projects and initiatives on Accounts Receivable processes; Provide support related to annual and interim audits; The Cash Collection Specialist position requires a flexible schedule, alternating weekly between the following shifts:Week 1: 9:00 a.M. to 5:30 p.M.Week 2: 1:30 p.M. to 10:00 p.M.Educational requirements/qualifications and experience/Competencies:2+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting or equivalent; Experience in contactingwith customers as well as cross-functional departments; Knowledge of SAP transactions related with Accounts Receivable is a plus; Fluent English is mandatory; Experience within a Shared Service Centre environment; Customer Focus: internal & external client, excellent service oriented; Collaboration: accountability, integrity and ethical values; Communication: emotional intelligence; assertiveness; resilience; Continuous improvement: open mind, curiosity, change orientation, efficient solution oriented, creativity, flexibility; High work standards: independent, systematic and quality oriented way of working, result driven.Unspecified Duties: This job description reflects the immediate requirements and objectives of the role.
