We are looking for a Cash Collection Specialist to work in a Shared Services Center!Purpose of the job:As Cash Collection Specialist you will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts receivable, including collection and follow-up activities.Your missions:Support of individual customer / customer group within accounts receivable; Supervision of payment behaviour and dunning process; Review customer payment status, coordinate and conduct distribution of reminder mails as well as collection calls; Post individual value adjustment; Process orders on hold;Collaborate with sales and operations management to address and clarify payment issues; Be a backup of other team members, as required; Ensure compliance with all internal and external accounting standards, laws and regulations, policies and procedures; Follow our company policies and rules, including travel and expenses; Ensure a proper documentation of work procedures is kept up to date, namely, in accordance with Standard Process Model.General responsibilities:Support in the preparation of financial statements; Prepare and analyse Ageing Reports and Reporting; Maintenance and analysisof customers' accounts; Participation in projectwork; Provide support related to annual and interim audits.Your profile:Knowledge of regulatory environment for credit and collection procedure; Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field; Good communication skills in English; Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Knowledge of SAP transactions related with Accounts Receivable is a plus); Strong Team Work skills;Good analytical and Organisation skills; Effective business writing and professional communication skills; Ability to work in an international global work environment.Experience:2+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting or equivalent; Experience in cash collection; Experience within a Shared Service Center or multinational environment is valued.Competencies:Customer Focus: internal & external client, excellent service oriented; Collaboration: accountability, integrity and ethical values; Communication: emotional intelligence; assertiveness; resilience; Continuous improvement: open mind, curiosity, change orientation, efficient solution oriented, creativity, flexibility; High work standards: independent, systematic and quality oriented way of working, result driven.If you are interested, please send us your CV.#J-18808-Ljbffr
