Requisition ID 4005 - Posted - Portugal - Porto Join Our Mission to Improve Lives Worldwide  Integrated into the Logistics team, the selected candidate will have as main responsibilities to ensure the level of customer service, manage logistics operations (direct and reverse) and customs, and follow up on customer orders from receipt to delivery.
The Impact You'll Make Full coordination of customer orders, from order placement to product delivery and after-sales follow-up;Invoicing of customer orders and preparation of documentation required by the customs authority, when applicable;Contracting, scheduling and monitoring of freight transportation;Relevant experience in transport management and contracting;Conference of invoices from freight forwarders, transporters and logistics operators;Operational management of reverse logistics and manage credit notes;Management and monitoring of customers throughout the logistics chain process;Manage subcontracted logistics services;Contribute to the monitoring of the performance of the logistics chain. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Logistics or similar;Good knowledge of International Trade and customs operations;Knowledge of GDP (Good Distribution Practices);Solid IT skills (Office) and experience in using ERP (IFS/SAP);Fluency in English (spoken and written);Easy communication, interpersonal relationships and a taste for teamwork;Experience and orientation to customer relations;Good organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity and strong results orientation;
