Car Fleet Governance Assistant (m/f/x) Job Location: LISBON GENERAL OFFICE

Key responsibilities: Individual Lease Agreements (ILA's): Implement the quarterly price update process to facilitate cost components validation.Simplify and streamline ILA price verification process. Partner and consult with EU Fleet Purchases to ensure compliance.Ensure ILA Tracking exists at each market, regardless of in-sourcing or out-sourcing solutions (in case of out-sourcing, partner with FMC). Lease Accounting: Ensure Car Fleet Lease Accounting process follows SAFE guidelines.Implement a quarterly reconciliation process to ensure data reported to Contract Lease Management (CLM) team is complete and accurate.Work with Country MO HR SPOCs and FMC's (where applicable) to ensure Lease Accounting process is robust. Collaborate to ensure remediation plans are in place if gaps exist. Supports CSA/Audits for Fleet ILA/Lease Accounting. This role requires expertise in SAFE Third Party Governance & Lease Accounting, SAP & Mega tools to submit car fleet leases, fleet vendor platforms (i.e., LP, Arval), and FMC tracking systems to review fleet inventory. Ability to manage multiple data in MS Excel and attention to detail are essential. Your main interactions will be internally with the Local Marketing and the rest of the P&G Health team, and externally with Pharmacists and PA, as well as third parties working for P&G Health.
