We have a strong team named Process/Industrial Engineering. Our focus is to build Lean Principles into new product launches and after the start of production through continuous improvement, with a multi-functional team.
There are 10 plants of AS&UX globally connecting by us with Technical centers in 3 regions (Euro, Asia, and North America). While this role is newly created, we know the importance of Lean Deployment. There are lots of opportunities to Standardize and improve. We are going to form the future of APTIV Manufacturing System into a more competitive system. We would be proud of the improvement that our knowledge and intelligence bring.
Your role:
Implementation of methodologies, tools, and reports to actively manage investment projects;
Reconciliation of Fixed Asset Register on a monthly basis;Report on actual analysis and understand any potential deviations;Preparation and coordination of the execution of the yearly Capex Budget;Assist internal and external audits;Management of idle assets and physical inventory;Month-end reporting relating to Fixed Assets;Coordination with the departments of the plant (Engineering, Maintenance,…).Collate supporting documents regarding Portuguese Grants (such as Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Bank Statements, and Invoices of spending) which are used to apply for the grant regarding specific projects;Being the main point of contact of the company with the consultancy firm assisting with the application of the grants.
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or a closely related field.Knowledge of SAP especially in Finance and Fixed Asset Accounting modules and MS- OfficeExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Very good communication skills and outstanding verbal and written skills in English.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, reliable and proactive way of working.
