As a Capability Development Partner, you will be part of our Global Finance and Global Business Services (GBS) areas, playing a key role in developing the capabilities of our employees and future workforce. Reporting to the Head of Capability Development, you will provide direction for technical and professional development activities across the function, contributing significantly to understanding workforce needs and leveraging development offerings to support our vision.
Accountabilities: As a Capability Development Partner, you will manage L&D Programme logistics including planning, operations, and budget management. You will analyze key employee data to support workforce potential and development, coordinate the planning and delivery of L&D initiatives, and design engagement methods for excellent learner/user experience. You will collaborate with external partners to optimize tools, programs, platforms, and identify new partners to fill priority capability gaps. You will also work with leadership to socialize shifts in current practice and anticipate the support needed to transform ways of working.
Essential Skills/Experience:
BA/BSc Degree or equivalent
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Learning and Development or Early Talent
Strong organizational and project management skills
Understanding of analytics, data, and reporting for impact measurement
Key stakeholder and vendor management experience
Community Management and content curation skills
Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills
Desired Skills/Experience:
Postgraduate education or equivalent experience in relevant fields (MBA, Org Behaviour, HR Management)
Strategic Planning and Workforce Design skills
Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
Experience working in a complex global organization
Background in key growth fields: Coaching, Mentoring, Career Development
Use of/Exposure to general office and financial systems, e.g., SAP, Workplace, Saba Cloud, LXPs
