What do we expect? The campaign operations specialist plays a critical role in our marketing team. The focus is the hands- on execution and delivery of marketing campaigns across various digital channels and platforms, such as META, Google, Apple or Braze – for B2C acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities: Manage organic and paid campaign setup, execution, and launch across multiple channels to drive user acquisition and engagement (META Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, SMS)
Manage campaigns in orchestration platforms, e.g. Braze
Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for maximum conversion
Manage budgets and ensure efficient campaign spending
Define and analyse paid media campaigns' structure, message and general visual feel
Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across channels, aligned with the strategy, and identify new opportunities
Extract actionable metrics and insights to share and discuss with various stakeholders
Who are you? You're a detailed, hands-on and data-driven marketer, who excels at executing campaigns across diverse digital channels.
Must have: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, similar discipline or relevant work experience
Minimum one year of experience in campaign operations, demonstrating expertise in campaign setup, execution, and optimization
Two years of experience with META Ads, Google Ads or other relevant paid advertising channels, experience with search, display and pmax campaigns
Effective problem-solving and project management skills to tackle campaign challenges
Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to use data to back up decisions and assess campaign optimization
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to orchestrate multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive «get it done» mentality
A positive mindset, curiosity to research new topics and learn new things every day
Working proficiency in English
Basic design skills with low-code tools (i.e., Canva)
Basic HTML/CSS skills
Nice to have: Experience in startups
Understanding of mobile apps life cycle
